Memorabilia donations should be made in person. Individuals can call 716.839.3370 to arrange a convenient appointment so the items can cataloged and a tax receipt issued. All memorabilia donations will be accepted no matter how large or small.
Donations can also me made through our "loan for display" program. This unique program will enable supporters to loan their memorabilia to the BHEM and have it incorporated into our exhibits. These donations will be accepted by appointment only and must be approved by the Museum director. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
The BHEM will accept monatary donations by mail or in person at our corporate offices at 4007 Harlem Road in Amherst.
The BHEM would like to thank everyone for their continued support. The Board of the BHEM will channel all donations to making the Museum and its collection something all Western New Yorkers will be proud of.
